My new apartment in San Francisco has this cool vintage stove that I really love. Yea ok – so some of you may not fully appreciate the retro qualities of an old stove, or the nostalgic feeling of having to light the gas burners with a match, or smelling the gas fumes every time I cook up a delicious meal (gas leak, hopefully not?) but I for one am enamored. Now I just need to work on my cooking skills.
